Mesothelioma of the pleural is a tumor that is found on the lining of the lungs. The lining of the lungs is actually called the "pleural." What happens is this constricts the lungs, which makes it difficult for people to take a deep breath. It can have fluid building around the lungs, which can cause pain, shortness of breath. As I said before it is very well-imaged on a CT scan; we’ll see this fluid.
