Video Transcript: Where Can I Find More Information About Mesothelioma?

I highly recommend that you contact the Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation. Myself, I am the medical liaison and the nurse practitioner, and I speak to patients daily. My role is to help patients understand more fully the disease, understand the treatment options that are out there and to try and introduce them to various specialists who are treating this disease ....and if they are not being treated, I work with symptom management. I make suggestions to patients that they can take back to their local physicians who are not familiar with the disease so that this way, they can provide them with more assistance.
